Your tasks:
- Receive and assist our guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Carry out all standard reception and check-out tasks
- Professionally handle guest complaints to the extent possible
- Book the services on guest accounts, cash management and billing
- Reservation acceptance and processing & upselling
- Dealing with the usual correspondence
- Administrative tasks for other departments (menu cards, menu, room info etc.))
- Drinks service in the lobby and conservatory, terrace
- Setting up and refurbishing event and conference rooms
- Support in the area of marketing (if interested)
We would like:
- High flexibility and ability to work under pressure

- Self-confident and confident appearance - keep calm in difficult situations, good manners and cultivated appearance
- Min. 2 years of professional experience in a front office or similar position
